Taking care of hair is in fact much the same as taking care of skin. An effective hair care discipline involves cleansing, toning and conditioning routines.Chop one lemon (or an orange for dry hair). Place in a pot with 2 cups distilled water. Boil until half of the initial amount remains. Cool, strain, and place in a spray bottle. Store in the refrigerator. Or mix 1 tsbp. of sugar, 1/4 cup of hot water. Stir well and the add Aloe Vera Gel (Lilly of the Desert) so it makes a 1/3 cup of mixture. It will hold style very well and is very good conditioner for the hair. Holds through dampness, rain and wind.
